The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) is issuing a further public warning regarding the website https://tourbillonwealthmanagers.com/. The previous warning can be found  here. 

The website appears to offer services relating to investment advisory services which includes financial instruments. The provision of these investment advisory services are regulated activities requiring authorisation from the GFSC. 

Neither this website nor the entities referred to therein are authorised by the GFSC, nor is an application for authorisation pending. Furthermore, there are no authorised firms in Gibraltar by the names Tourbillon Wealth Managers or Tourbillon Limited. 

The website also falsely claims to be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) in the UK. The FCA confirmed that this firm is not authorised by them in a website warning which they published earlier this year.

How to protect yourself

The GFSC strongly advises consumers to liaise with financial companies which are authorised by the GFSC and can be found on the GFSC's Regulated Entities Register. If a company does not appear on the Register but claims it does, contact the GFSC Regulatory Investigations team on +350 222 59050.
