The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) is issuing a consumer warning regarding the Gibraltar registered firm Tourbillon Limited. The previous warning can be found here.

This consumer warning is being issued as the Tourbillon Limited website http://www.tourbillon-limited.com/ purports to offer investment advisory services from their address of Trinity House, Ocean Village Avenue, Gibraltar. Tourbillon Limited were formerly authorised to provide life assurance intermediary services and investment and pensions advisory services, however, all their permissions were cancelled on the 31st of January 2022. Tourbillon Limited is no longer authorised by the GFSC.

The offer of investment services which includes financial instruments constitutes a regulated activity which requires authorisation from the GFSC.

How to protect yourself

The GFSC strongly advises consumers to liaise with financial companies which are authorised by the GFSC and can be found on the GFSC's Regulated Entities Register. If a company does not appear on the Register but claims it does, contact the GFSC Regulatory Investigations team on +350 222 59050.
