The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) is issuing a consumer alert regarding Royal Investment Consortium and the website https://www.royalinvestmentconsortium.com/.

Royal Investment Consortium claims to offer company management services in Gibraltar. The provision of services in relation to company management is a regulated activity requiring authorisation from the GFSC. 

The website https://www.royalinvestmentconsortium.com/ is not associated with any firm authorised by the GFSC. 

Furthermore, there are no active companies registered in Gibraltar with the name “Royal Investment Consortium” or similar, nor is any application in its name pending for authorisation.

How to protect yourself

The GFSC strongly advises consumers to liaise with financial companies which are authorised by the GFSC and can be found on the GFSC's Regulated Entities Register. If a company does not appear on the Register but claims it does, contact the GFSC Regulatory Investigations team on +350 222 59050.
